As a founding professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Patan Academy of Health Sciences (PAHS), he has also served as Hospital Director. Currently, he is the Rector, leading academic initiatives and overseeing the School of Medicine, School of Public Health, and School of Nursing. He chairs the Academic Council, focusing on curriculum development and implementation. His keen interest lies in competency-based medical education.
